One of the key differences in purchasing your hearing aid from us is the free life long support that comes with it. For the life of the product we will provide regular hearing checks and re-tuning of the hearing aid to ensure it continues to provide optimum hearing assistance.

If you have a problem with your hearing aid and it wasn’t purchased from us, we can help. With over 20 years’ experience and a wide range of knowledge of repairing hearing aids of all makes and models, you can trust us to provide a fast and reliable service.

We are able to carry out repairs at our Hearing Centre, however, should your hearing aid need to be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement we can arrange this and keep you regularly informed of its progress.
